  • A group of women standing arm-in-arm outdoors, smiling and laughing in a park with trees and sunshine.

    It's nice to know I'm not alone

    We all know what a day full of chaos looks, sounds, and feels like. It comes with a never ending to-do list, overstimulation from all of the many voices calling for help, and most times, getting from point A to point B…

  • A young child crouches in the dirt with a stick, wearing a large straw hat, a white t-shirt with a unicorn graphic, denim shorts, and sandals.

    Routines = more times

    TIME is the most precious and priceless thing in this world. As caregivers, a lot of our time is centered around pouring into the cups of others and we forget that we cannot pour out of an empty cup.

  • Two women embracing and sharing a kiss on the beach near the ocean.

    Mental Health Matters!

    Think about your favorite memory that you have growing up. What is the environment like? Who is around you? What do you smell? What do you see? It might feel easy to bring you back to that moment…
